- To contact you about the status of an ongoing repair
How your enquiry reaches us
The quote form on this site does not submit to a server — it opens WhatsApp with your details pre-filled as a message sent directly to our business number, 89409 03090. That conversation is then handled within WhatsApp, subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

This site does not use tracking cookies. It may use your browser's local storage only to remember temporary preferences on this device; nothing here is shared between visitors or sent to us automatically.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We only share details with the technician assigned to your visit, and, where you've chosen to contact us there, with WhatsApp as the messaging platform.

We keep enquiry and job details for as long as needed to complete your repair and honour any warranty period, and for basic business records after that.
