Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 September 2026
Ambatur Smart Care ("we", "us"), a unit of Mano Services Centre (Udyam Reg. No. UDYAM-TN-02-0322894), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you fill in the quote form, message us on WhatsApp, or call us, we collect only what you provide directly: your name, phone number, service area/address, and a description of the fridge issue. We do not collect payment card details, passwords, or government ID numbers through this website.
How we use it
- To schedule and confirm a technician visit
- To give you a repair quote and follow up on your request
- To contact you about the status of an ongoing repair
How your enquiry reaches us
The quote form on this site does not submit to a server — it opens WhatsApp with your details pre-filled as a message sent directly to our business number, 72991 54800. That conversation is then handled within WhatsApp, subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Cookies & local storage
This site does not use tracking cookies. It may use your browser's local storage only to remember temporary preferences on this device; nothing here is shared between visitors or sent to us automatically.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We only share details with the technician assigned to your visit, and, where you've chosen to contact us there, with WhatsApp as the messaging platform.
Data retention & your rights
We keep enquiry and job details for as long as needed to complete your repair and honour any warranty period, and for basic business records after that. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing manohardmanohar94@gmail.com or calling 72991 54800.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging fridge repairs and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
These policies are provided as general information for customers of Ambatur Smart Care and don't constitute legal advice. We'd recommend having them reviewed by a qualified professional before relying on them for formal compliance purposes.
